The Agile Marketing Launchpad is specifically designed to get your team and business up-to-speed and operating effectively with Agile Marketing ways-of-working. This 16-week program gives you the tools, training and support to understand and adopt the practices and methodologies of Agile Marketing, so you can realise the benefits as quickly as possible.

We don't take a cookie-cutter approach; each program is specifically tailored to your marketing and business needs based on up-front investigation and discussions. We work with your leaders, team and partners to ensure that they understand and buy-in to the process, and can mobilise effectively to create a truly Agile operation.

The Agile Marketing Launchpad program is made up of three phases:  


This one day workshop will give your marketing team, wider internal stakeholders, and key external partners an introduction to Agile Marketing principles and techniques. It will:

  • Introduce Agile Marketing: what it is, how did it originate, what are the benefits, why marketing needs agility now
  • Outline the key principles, methodologies, components, and terminology of Agile Marketing
  • Highlight approaches to planning and execution: establishing Agile teams, designing workflows, and fostering collaboration


This two day workshop is built on the back of an initial fact-finding consultation session to ensure fit with your team, your business, and your specific marketing needs. It will provide everything you need to start practicing Agile Marketing with confidence so you can:

  • Choose the right Agile Marketing approaches and methodologies that work for your team and business
  • Align your Agile Marketing goals to your wider business objectives
  • Establish best practices for working as an Agile Marketing team including how to organise, communicate, share learnings and ideas, and adopt deep and continuous collaboration
  • Get going by creating an initial task Backlog and mapping your team's unique workflow
  • Identify the steps you need to take to build out your Agile Marketing processes


Once you've gone through the initial set-up, it's crucial to keep focus and momentum as you start to embed and scale your Agile Marketing. Every transition to Agile practices is different, and you'll have your own unique obstacles and challenges as you look to optimise your processes.

The Agile Marketing Launchpad program will therefore support you as you begin to implement your new ways-of-working. We're there to provide you with the necessary guidance and assistance so you can realise the benefits of Agile Marketing as quickly and painlessly as possible. This will entail:

  • Coaching leaders and teams to get the most out of their Agile Marketing practices
  • Suggestions for process and practice alterations based on emerging challenges and needs
  • Identifying and understanding key metrics and indicators that will steer your Agile Marketing initiatives and overall marketing performance

Our objective is to get you to the point where you're able to operate without us, although we'll always be there as a safety net. As such, we taper down the support over your initial 3 months of being active with your Agile Marketing:
